All prices on lumiwow.co are displayed and charged in USD (United States Dollars). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee. LUMIWOW is not responsible for any additional charges applied by your bank.

Payment is collected at the time your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed.

If your return is approved in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

LUMIWOW reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent or in violation of our Terms & Conditions. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may request additional verification before processing your order.
