At LUMIWOW, your complete satisfaction with our LED light therapy mask is our priority. If you're not satisfied with your product or the results within 90 days of your purchase from our official website, you're eligible to return it for a full refund.

To give the product a fair trial, we recommend using it consistently for at least 6-8 weeks, following the suggested 4-5 sessions per week — this is typically when the structural collagen changes and visible improvements in skin texture and tone become clear. Please note that individual results vary by skin type.

Requirements for Return

  • You can contact customer service to cancel your order within one business day of placing it. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — you're welcome to return it after it arrives instead.
  • Return Initiation: To request a return and refund, email us with your order number and reason for return.
  • Please return the mask, controller, and charging cable in the original box with all included accessories. Normal trial use is fine — it just shouldn't show damage from misuse.
  • Return Deadline: Returns must be requested within 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • Pre-Approval: Returns require prior approval. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted, and you may be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

Non-Acceptable Return Conditions

  • Any product not purchased from LUMIWOW's official website. If you bought a LUMIWOW product through another channel, please contact that seller for after-sales support.
  • Any product missing parts or with damaged packaging.
  • Items with physical damage or clear signs of misuse (for example, squeezing or bending the mask — see our warranty terms below).
  • Any product that is stained or has a foreign odor.
  • Returns requested beyond the 90-day window.

Return Shipping Costs

LUMIWOW does not charge any additional fee for processing a return or exchange. Return shipping is covered by the customer for change-of-mind returns; we cover the shipping cost when the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

The Return Process

  • Shipping Instructions: Once approved, we'll send you the return address and any shipping instructions. For non-quality-related returns, the customer arranges and pays for return shipping.
  • Notification of Receipt: We process returns within 1-3 business days of receiving the package.
  • Refund Issuance: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

1-Year Warranty

Separately from the 90-day money-back guarantee, your LUMIWOW device and controller are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If there's an electrical failure during that time, we'll repair or replace the faulty part free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, squeezing or bending the mask, or unauthorized repairs.
