Return / Exchange Policy

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact support@lumiwow.com and provide your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the process step by step. All returns are subject to evaluation by LUMIWOW.


Please Note

For safety and hygiene reasons, LUMIWOW does not offer free return and exchange services for reasons other than product quality issues. A restocking fee of 10%–20% may apply to non-quality-related returns.


Imposed Fee for Return Criteria

To ensure swift and hassle-free processing, minimize unforeseen expenses, and responsibly evaluate returned items, a return fee may apply. This fee includes the return shipping fee and restocking fee, and the amount may vary based on the order status and condition of the returned item(s).

Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is only applicable to products that have not yet been shipped. For cancellations due to personal reasons, a fee of 5% of the total order value will be charged. If the order has already been shipped, it will be handled in accordance with the return policy above.


Defective Products Policy

All LUMIWOW products undergo thorough quality inspection before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please do not use it. Take photos or a video as evidence and contact us immediately at support@lumiwow.com. We will arrange a replacement shipment promptly at no cost to you. You may be asked to return the defective item to help us identify and prevent the issue from recurring.


Requirements for Return & Exchange

When initiating a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. All items must be returned in their original selling condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all labels attached.
  2. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and components included.
  3. Returns are only accepted from the country or region to which the order was originally shipped.
  4. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
  5. If a product shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage compared to its original condition, LUMIWOW reserves the right to decline the return or exchange.
  6. Freebies and promotional gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Non-Acceptable Return Conditions

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. The product was not purchased directly from www.lumiwow.com.
  2. Original packaging, accessories, manuals, or cables are missing or damaged.
  3. The product shows physical damage or clear signs of misuse.
  4. The product has stains, scratches, or signs of contamination.
  5. The return request is made more than 30 days after the date of delivery.

Return Process — Step by Step

  1. Step 1: Contact our support team at support@lumiwow.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos or video of the item.
  2. Step 2: Our team will review your request within 48 hours. If approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.
  3. Step 3: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Step 4: Ship the package using a trackable courier of your choice.
  5. Step 5: Send the tracking number to support@lumiwow.com so we can monitor the return.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return does not meet the required conditions, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
